When a keyseat of dogleg develops during drilling, the NQL Energy Services - Stabeco Slant Reamer is most effective in bringing the hole back to "full gauge", making it a preferred alternative to keyseat wiper or tapered blade reamer. The reason for this is that the NQL-Stabeco Slant Reamers are designed with cutters to turn on their own with very little weight on bit, even when the motor is not turning.
