Overview
NQL machines parts for all Black Max drilling products and also provides machining services to third party customers. The 60,000 square foot modern facility located in Nisku (Edmonton), Alberta includes a wide range of both manual and CNC equipment, such as 11 CNC lathes, 2 five-axis milling centers, 4 four-axis machining centers and a 12 ½" hollow spindle CNC lathe with a 30 foot center distance. The equipment also includes a selection of manual drill presses and mills. Our five-axis milling centers are specialty machines with 19' and 34' bed travels, respectively, that can handle machining of such parts as whipstock concaves, shock tool and jar parts, kellys and other milled equipment.
