From concept to design to our customers
NQL Energy Services operates four world-class manufacturing facilities comprising over 100,000 square feet of capacity.
Our main manufacturing plant is located in Nisku (Edmonton), Alberta, Canada and machines most of the mechanical parts for our BlackMax and Black Star product lines. The facility also does a significant amount of 3rd party work for various customers in North America.
In the first quarter of 2006 NQL acquired the business of Prescott Drilling Motors in Lafayette, Louisiana. The facility in Lafayette manufactures and services mud lube motors.
In addition, the Company operates a premier manufacturing and repair facility in Santa Cruz, Bolivia that is used exclusively for third party customers in the energy and mining businesses of South America. This facility is ISO 9001-2000, ANSI-RAB QMS, and API certified.
Our final manufacturing facility is located in Stafford (Houston, TX) where the company assembles and supports its fleet of EM MWD tools.
