Dean G. Prodan
Mr. Prodan, a board member since June 29, 2004, has, since 1998, served as Managing Director of Canfund VE II Management Corp., a Limited Partnership with institutional sponsorship investing in the Canadian Energy sector. Mr. Prodan also serves as President of UTA Asset Management Corp. advising on energy investments. Previously, Mr. Prodan held the position of President of Dominion Equity Resource Fund Inc. (1998-2004) and prior to that spent twelve years in Investment Banking specializing in the Canadian Energy sector. Mr. Prodan currently serves on the Board of Directors of Marauder Resources East Coast Inc., and also presides as Chairman of The Calgary Foundation and Chairman of the Alberta Performing Arts Stabilization Fund.
