Kevin L. Nugent
Mr. Nugent was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of NQL in August 2004 following a one year term as Senior Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company. A Canadian Chartered Accountant by training, Mr. Nugent has spent 20 years in the oil and gas industry.
Immediately prior to joining NQL, Mr. Nugent was Vice President of SCF Partners, a private equity firm specializing in North American oilfield service investments. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Nugent was Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Enserco Energy Service Company Inc. and its predecessor companies that owned and operated 30 drilling rigs and 200 service rigs in Canada, the United States and Australia.
Mr. Nugent is former Chair of the Faculty of Management Advisory Council for the University of Lethbridge.
