John G. Clarkson
Mr. Clarkson, a board member since September 2, 2003, is a Senior Advisor to Lime Rock Management Ltd. and is President of Clearwater Capital Corporation, which he formed in 1997. For 10 years beginning in 1987, Mr. Clarkson held increasing positions of responsibility with Renaissance Energy Ltd., including Manager of Oil Development and Manager of Acquisitions & Divestitures.
Mr. Clarkson currently serves on the board of directors of Slate River Resources, LLC, U.S. Exploration Holdings and Marauder Resources West Coast Inc. Past directorships include IPEC Ltd., SmartSynch Inc., New Patriot Drilling Inc. and Deer Creek Energy Ltd.
