Thomas R. Bates Jr.
Mr. Bates, a board member since September 2, 2003, has served as a Managing Director of Lime Rock Management since 2001. Previously Mr. Bates served as Senior Vice President, and subsequently President, of the Discovery Group of Baker Hughes, Inc. (1998 - 2000). Prior to that Mr. Bates served as CEO and President of Weatherford Enterra, Inc. (1997 - 1998) and as President of the Anadrill Division of Schlumberger Ltd. (1992 to 1997).
Mr. Bates currently serves on the board of directors of NATCO Group, Inc, Reservoir Exploration Technology AS, and Hercules Offshore, Inc.
